The header image is huge and the layout of the videos is very different from the old YouTube design. Even the channel pages got a complete redesign. The video thumbnails are also much larger with an appealing view counter to the right of them in the suggested videos sidebar. The Subscribe button is a lot bigger and has also been shifted to the right on the video player page, whereas the view counter has been shifted to the left.
